When we think about it, there are so many things for which we could extend our gratitude. Just to mention a few, they include the consultative and helpful nature of our discussions with you, the high quality of work undertaken at every stage, the cheery, considerate and very professional behaviour of your entire team and the delivery of our project exactly as we had hoped for.
Our deepest appreciation, however, goes to you for creating a range of improvements which enhance enjoyment in our home and make a meaningful improvement to the quality of our life here in Spain.

We would like to thank the wonderful people at Home España, firstly for their help in making what could be a very difficult process in buying a house in Spain, an easy and pleasurable experience, and secondly for recommending Steve from SES. We needed to find a builder who is known for the highest quality, reliability, experience, trustworthiness and good value.
We needed the work carrying out whilst we are back in the UK working and therefore thought we would struggle to find anyone to fit the bill, until Home España recommended Steve from SES General Builders.
From our first meeting Steve knew exactly what we wanted, he was thorough and precise with his estimate. Steve and his team completed all the work required whilst we were back in the UK working, he kept us informed with regular updates and photographs sent to us at every stage.
On our first return to the house since having the works completed we were very impressed with the finish and quality of the work.
As a keen DIY enthusiast I am very fussy, and I could not find any faults with the work. After only recently purchasing our very first villa in Spain, we suffered a serious leak in the main part of the roof, following a neighbours recommendation we contacted Steve, who with one of his team was inspecting the problem the following day. He took time to explain all options at varying cost, we in the end plumped for total replacement.
The work was soon underway and we were very pleased with not only the finished new roof but the minimum disruption, being amazed how clean and tidy they worked, and the friendliness of the whole team.
Since then Steve and "the boys" have been back for some minor works and 2 larger building projects, all carried out to exacting standards with real care and concern.
I therefore have no qualms at all in recommending SES for all you building needs, going so far as to say that if you could find someone better I would eat my hat!!..

I would like to express my gratitude for the way in which you and your firm completed the work on my home. We very much appreciate the hard work and professionalism of your whole team and also the nice friendly attitude displayed by all of the people who worked on the project.
Throughout the project we were kept informed with everything that was going on, any queries and questions we had were answered and sorted swiftly. Each craftsman and subcontractor worked skilfully and in sequence and it was a pleasure to see how things developed, the whole building has come together and looks lovely.
Everyone who has seen it has been very impressed by the overall quality and finish of the build.
I would highly recommend Steve and his team to any domestic or commercial occupants requiring any construction work.

We are very fortunate to have Steve from SES General Builders living quite close to us and he has been good enough to deal with various incidental problems which have occurred with our villa, particularly whilst we were in the UK.
Steve has also carried out a number of improvements and repairs, including an external pool shower and complete external redecoration of the villa whilst we were back in the UK. He was thorough and precise with his estimates, has an eye for detail and kept us informed with photographs.
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, in practice in the UK, I am extremely particular, found his work very satisfactory and have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team at SES General Builders, Tormos.

SES is a firm I have used many times over the last 8 years,his work has always been of a very high standard.
He has made major repairs to our, "Spanish built" pool which moved and and several cracks occurred as a result.
Our terrace walkway also moved substantially as it had not been tied in after substantial repair I am happy there will be no further movement.
Steve also built a new outside toilet and washroom and modified our poolside shower all to our complete satisfaction.
Steve is always available on the end of a phone for any remedial or emergency work and is so trustworthy he has a set of my keys for when I am not there.

You may remember that when I talked to you in your office about doing some work at the villa that we purchased you gave us the name of Steve Edwards.
Since then, he made fundamental transformations to the basement floor. I would like to thank you because the work has been performed to my whole satisfaction.
